30-day return window
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your purchase. Ordinary returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number, details, and relevant photos when available. We cover return shipping for company errors, damaged or defective goods, and incorrect items. Ordinary unused-condition requirements do not prevent assessment of these issues.
Return shipping and fees
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment account within 10 days.
